Working with Mr. Edgar
Clients deal with Mr. Edgar directly. There is no associate to hand the file to and no call centre between the first question and the answer; the person who reviews the documents is the person who appears at the hearing. A paralegal handles scheduling and document preparation, which keeps the cost of routine work down without removing the attorney from the decisions that matter.
The practice is deliberately general. A bankruptcy filing often turns on how a house is titled, and a title problem often turns on an estate that was never closed. Handling those threads in one office means a client does not have to explain the same history three times to three different lawyers.
